An interesting article, some of the comments are also worth reading ;)
I've been killing time while my lunch cooks (and not studying!) by revisiting a site I found some time ago - www.nolongerquivering.com
This site has had me laughing for the better part of an hour - http://mrdeity.com
The group has made a large number of shorts that basically point out the illogicality of religion and faith, in a good natured and extremely funny way.
I'm giving this one three male hairies and an hour farther!
Last night (June 4) godless held a pub crawl. It was a pastafarian themed night, so a few of us were dressed as pirates. We started at Fasta Pasta where we had dinner; a novel idea for a pub crawl as it ensured that no one was drinking on an empty stomach.
You will have noticed there are 2 polls on the site. These are for us to organise the best day and time for the club to hold a series of discussion groups and seminars. They are planned to be held every 2 weeks covering a wide range of topics.
If you could please vote for which day and time best suits you it would be much appreciated. The polls will close around 4pmish on Wednesday 7th April.
This was interesting reading:

Thought I'd share :)
I actually agree with pretty much everything here; from theism being a default setting for people, to the lack of studies of atheism due to people focusing on religion instead.
Thoughts, people???
This saddens me greatly, and leads a long-lost president to post... It saddens me mostly because he has a huge influence over a large number of people...even if we think he's a little...um, odd...

A Very Pirate Christmas to you all!

Some interesting stuff. And it has Penn and Teller, so who can complain, right?
